Gentle, whole-cluster pressing from Malbec grapes produced this lovely Rose.  On the nose, it exhibits spice, strawberry, and watermelon, which is balanced with a bracing acidity for a fresh, crisp experience on the palette.  Pairs well with Pad Thai, Sea Bass, Trout, Salmon, white cheese, green salad and melon.  Try it with buttered popcorn to add some jazz to your chill time!
