We fermented this Petite Sirah with 50% whole clusters to capture a broad array of tannins. It then barrel-aged for 18 months on French Oak. Notes of chocolate, blueberries, and sage complement hints of pine, cigar box, and black tea. Initially intense, it will age gracefully, moving from a dark fruit palette to an umami one. Limited production. 70 cases.
